Ellis’ Tree

This past week we planted a mountain laurel tree in the front yard of our new house.

Two years ago we saved part of his ashes knowing that one day we would move into our “forever home” and plant a tree for Ellis so that he would always grow with our family.

The day finally came—less than a week before Ellis’ second birthday. Welcome home, baby.
